ON THE MENU: Chef-made Ravioli with Fresh Ricotta and a Pomodoro Pan Sauce.

Learn how to make classic ravioli pasta from scratch. Then, create a delicious filling with fresh ricotta. Learn the technique to put it all together and top it off with Chef Dan's light, tasty pomodoro pan sauce.
All students will receive a recipe card with instructions so you can go home and recreate the delicious meal for your friends and family. 
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Great cooking is about more than recipes—it's about techniques and having fun. In our classes, you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional Chef instructors.
